Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting for an accounting support role in Singapore, located at Pandan Loop. This full-time/permanent position focuses on data entry, invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

You will handle supplier and customer invoices, AP/AR duties, and basic bank reconciliations, supporting month-end closing and audits. Proficiency in Excel and Xero is preferred; prior accounting experience is required.

Qualifications

• With relevant experience in accounting duties.
• Experience using Xero will be preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Enter supplier invoices, customer invoices, receipts and payments into the accounting system
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties
• Perform bank reconciliations and basic account reconciliations
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts and supporting documents
• Assist with payment preparation and accounting schedules
• Support month-end closing and audit documentation where required
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties assigned by the finance team
