Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Accounts Administrator to handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including AP/AR, and to post entries into the ERP system. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting with 2 years of accounting and HR experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and local standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; knowledge of Infor SyteLine is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Verify and post payable and receivable entries into the ERP system.
• Maintain and update the company cash book accurately.
• Process vendor payments and payment vouchers.
• Review and verify employee expense claims.
• Maintain organized and timely filing of accounting and administrative documents.
• Provide administrative support and perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
