Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to maintain sales records, manage AR functions, and prepare invoices for local projects, exports, services, and maintenance activities. You will support monthly reconciliations, regulatory reporting, and general financial administration under the Finance Manager.

At least 1 year in accounting with strong Excel skills is required; Sage 300 experience is a plus; experience in an MNC or construction sector

Qualifications

At least 1 year of accounting/finance/AR experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Experience with ERP systems (Sage 300) is an added advantage.
Experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) and/or construction industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update sales-related records and information accurately.
Manage accounts receivable functions, including payment registrations and updates.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer receivables.
Prepare and process invoices for local projects, export sales, services, and maintenance activities.
Perform monthly reconciliation of outstanding receivables and account balances.
Support local regulatory reporting requirements.
Provide financial, administrative, and scheduling support as assigned by the Finance Manager.
