Job summary

ALWAYSHIRED PTE. LTD. is seeking an accounts receivable specialist to manage invoicing, monitor outstanding payments, and maintain accurate records using Xero.

You will handle AR tasks, liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve billing issues and ensure timely cash flow. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in AR, familiarity with Xero, and experience handling high volumes of invoices. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in accounts receivable.
• Familiarity with Xero accounting software will be an advantage.
• Experience handling a high volume of invoices is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
