The role involves preparing invoices, receipts, payments, and related documents, while maintaining accurate records in the accounting system and Excel. You will review supplier docs, verify shipping records, and support month-end and year-end activities.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and operational transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) entries.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, purchase orders, and related accounting documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using the accounting system and Microsoft Excel.
• Review supplier documentation to ensure all transactions are correct and accurately recorded.
• Verify shipping documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure proper filing and organized documentation of records within the company's shared drive.
• Execute month-end closing activities and assist in the preparation of management reports.
• Assist with year-end annual reporting and audit processes.
