Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. Tuas South is seeking an AR Administrator to oversee accounts receivable, create and update customer master data, and ensure AR aging balances reconcile to GL.

This role requires precise data entry and close coordination with the sales team for invoice accuracy. You will generate monthly lump sum invoices, reconcile variances, prepare monthly SOA, and liaise with auditors and internal teams to support contract management and billing processes.

Qualifications

• Oversee accounts receivable processes.
• Create and update customer master data.
• Reconcile AR aging to GL.
• Generate monthly lump sum invoices and reconcile variances.
• Prepare monthly statements of accounts (SOA).
• Coordinate with sales on invoices and credits.
