Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Executive (AR) to manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and related reconciliations. The role is based at 8 Tuas South on a Monday-to-Friday schedule, with a 0830–1700 workday, under a yearly renewable contract.

Primary responsibilities include generating invoices, reconciling AR aging to GL, and coordinating with sales and auditors for smooth contract management and month-end processes.

Qualifications

• AR duties include controlling accounts receivable, maintaining customer master data, and reconciling AR aging to GL.

Responsibilities

• Generate monthly lump sum invoices and reconcile variances.
• Enter job cards for single haul/adhoc invoicing.
• Issue invoices/credit notes in collaboration with sales.
• Prepare monthly statement of accounts (SOA) for customers.
• Coordinate with auditors during interim and year-end closings.
