Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring an Account Executive in Singapore (Tuas South). The role is a yearly renewable contract with monthly salary of SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,400, depending on experience.

You will oversee accounts receivable, generate invoices, reconcile variances, and liaise with sales on billing and contract updates. Data entry for job cards and invoicing is required. You will also prepare monthly statements and coordinate year-end closing with auditors.

Qualifications

• Accounting diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Control AR processes including customer master updates and AR aging reconciliation to GL.
• Generate monthly lump-sum invoices and reconcile variances.
• Data entry of job cards to facilitate single haul / adhoc invoicing.
• Create lump sum/adhoc invoices.
• Liaise with sales on invoice/credit note issuance.
• Coordinate updates in the contract management system.
• Email/send invoices and SOA to customers.
• Extract and sort Hooklift tickets for monthly invoicing.
• Bill adhoc FOC trips beyond caps.
• Liaise with auditors for year-end closing.
