Job summary

KBA Training Centre Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage full set of accounts, prepare monthly statements, and ensure timely closings.

You will handle GST submissions, cash flow, and maintain documentation while supporting management with ad-hoc analysis. The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, LCCI certificate, and proficiency in OCI & TMS. Immediate start and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum LCCI Certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience handling full set of accounts.
• Proficient in accounting software (eg. OCI & TMS).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
• Manage cash flow and petty cash.
• Ensure timely closing of monthly and yearly accounts.
• Prepare GST submissions and ensure tax compliance.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reports.
