Excellence Singapore Group is seeking an accounting professional to manage full-set accounts for SME clients, perform corporate taxation and GST reporting, and prepare unaudited financial statements in line with Singapore standards.

The role may involve mentoring junior staff, liaising with auditors, and independent client communication to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

Job Description

Our Accounting Firm needs you to perform the following for our clients:

• Handle full sets of accounts for SMEs client
• Computing Taxation for corporation with its related schedules and submission of Form C/C-S
• Compilation of the Unaudited Financial Report in accordance to the Singapore Financial Report Standard
• GST report and filling
• Possibly leading a small team and to guide and impart skills and knowledge
• Liaise with auditor
• Related duties assigned by the management
• To be able to communicate with client independently
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in accounting / Ongoing ACCA / ACCA graduates or equivalent
• At least 1 – 3 years full set account processing experience
• Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and accounting principles

Experience with accounting software(QuickBooks and Xero) is an advantage

Proficient in XBRL (eXtensible BusinessReporting Language) advantageous

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel(including VLookup and Pivot Table) advantageous
• Positive attitude, meticulous andsomeone with initiative
• Possess strong honesty, integrityand confidentiality
• Good communications andinterpersonal skills, able to speak Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise withChinese speaking associates)

• Able to meet tight schedule
