Job summary

G M C Marble Specialist Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a part-time Accounts Clerk responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and scheduling payments.

The role requires 2 years of experience, LCCI accounting certificate, and proficiency in AutoCount and Excel. You will maintain vendor and customer records, perform reconciliations, and prepare reports.

Working hours are 12:30pm–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, in the MacPherson area. Applicants must be Singaporean.

Qualifications

• LCCI Accounting certificate or equivalent qualification.
• 2 years of working experience is compulsory.
• Knowledge of payroll systems and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and debt collection.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Maintain vendor and customer records, and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate aging reports and monitor outstanding balances to ensure timely collections and payments.
• Post journal entries and generate financial reports using AutoCount.
• Apply LCCI accounting principles in financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing practices.

We are looking for a Part time Accounts Clerk.

Accounts Payable and Receivable

Key Responsibilities:

• Wil will managing accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and debt collection.
• Performed monthly account reconciliations and ensured accuracy in financial records.
• Maintained vendor and customer records, and resolved discrepancies efficiently.
• Generated aging reports and monitored outstanding balances to ensure timely collections and payments.
• UtilizedAutoCount Accounting Softwareto post journal entries, generate financial reports, and streamline accounting processes.
• AppliedLCCI accounting principlesin financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Possess LCCI Accounting certificate and the relavant qualification.
• Strong knowledge of full sets of accounting and balance sheet and all practices.
• Knowledgeable in accounting software ( Autocount) and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of payroll systems and tax regulations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• 2 years of working experience is a compulsory.

Requirement:

• Willing to work in Macpherson area.
• 5 days working days; 12:30pm -05:30pm Monday - Friday
