Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD in Singapore is hiring for an entry-level accounting role with no experience required. Basic salary ranges from SGD 3,000 to SGD 3,500 plus a completion bonus. Training will be provided.

Workdays are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:45 pm, at Buona Vista. Responsibilities include maintaining GL, AP/AR, invoicing, LC checks, reconciliations, GST preparation, TT payments, month-end closing, and supporting audits and government surveys.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• No experience required. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Handle invoicing and check Letters of Credit (LC).
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with quarterly GST return preparation.
• Process telegraphic transfer (TT) payments via banking system.
• Support month-end closing and cash flow reporting.
• Maintain supplier and customer master records.
• Liaise with auditors during audit exercises.
• Conduct inventory stock take and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare data for government surveys (e.g., Singstat, EDB).
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
