Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring an accounting professional to prepare client books and support financial reporting in Singapore. The role covers AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and tax work, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

The position offers a 5-day work week at Venture Drive, with a base salary up to SGD 3,500 per month and a bonus of up to 2 months. Fresh graduates may be considered and CSP or audit experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years' accounting experience in a professional services or corporate services.
• Basic knowledge of SFRS and corporate taxation.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience from CSP or audit firm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounts for clients, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, tax computations, and GST filings.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IRAS regulations.
• Liaise with clients, auditors, and government agencies as required.
• Support senior team members on more complex accounting tasks.
