Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. at Tuas View is hiring a junior/entry-level accounting and admin assistant to manage basic accounting tasks and support AP/AR processes. Training will be provided for applicants with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

The role offers up to SGD 2,500 basic salary plus AWS and bonuses, with 1 day of work-from-home per month and a company bus from Jurong Point.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITE in Accounting, GCE O/A Level or equivalent.
• Basic AP experience required.
• 1-2 years' relevant experience preferred.
• Excel/Microsoft Office proficiency.
• AR experience is a plus.
• Entry-level candidates welcome - training provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle basic accounting and admin duties.
• Support AP & AR.
• Process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and claims.
• Perform data entry and maintain records.
• Verify invoices and documents.
• Assist with office procurement and inventory.
• Support general administrative matters.
• Prepare training rooms.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.
