Job summary

Render private limited in Singapore is seeking an Account Manager to manage multiple accounts, build positive relationships with all customer touchpoints, and drive client retention, renewals and upsells. You will partner with internal teams to understand client goals, leverage data to exceed targets, and help ensure superior service levels even on weekends and long hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• . Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points


• Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction


• Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign


• Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to manage campaigns to success, high customer satisfaction and renewal


• Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research


• Manage weekly campaign status documents for review


• Work closely with Finance on billing set up and invoicing


• Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed


• Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight.


• Must be able to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.


• Meet/exceed annual value and volume renewal rate targets


• Create an annual business plan to identify risk & growth opportunities as well as forecast & plan for over achievement of targets. Review on a monthly basis


• Be a strong team playerPartner with the Client Value team(s) to collaborate on account plans for all key/growth accounts


• other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirement
