Job summary

RENDER PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Client Success / Account Manager to manage multiple accounts, drive renewals and upsells, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed client KPIs.

The role requires strong communication, a results-driven mindset, and willingness to work weekends and rotating shifts. Priority given to Singaporeans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work long hours including evenings and weekends.
• Priority will be given to Singaporeans.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple accounts and develop positive working relationships with customer touchpoints.
• Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction.
• Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and KPIs and exceed those goals.
• Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to manage campaigns toward success and renewal.
• Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research.
• Manage weekly campaign status documents for review.
• Work closely with Finance on billing setup and invoicing.
• Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed.
• Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight.
• Meet/exceed annual value and volume renewal rate targets.
• Create an annual business plan identifying risk & growth opportunities and forecast targets.

• Be a strong team playerPartner with the Client Value team(s) to collaborate on account plans for all key/growth accounts
