Job summary

AUTOSPRINT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Support professional to manage payable and receivable activities, including data entry into our ERP system, invoicing, and payment processing. This role supports month-end tasks and requires accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable data entry into the ERP system.
• Prepare billing, process payments and reimbursements.
• Perform monthly bank and AP reconciliations.
• Issue monthly statements of account to debtors.
• Follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing.
• Assist in stock take events and inventory-related matters.
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
