Job summary

Malford Ceramics Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based supplier of tiles and mosaics, is seeking an accountant to manage AR/AP, invoicing, and documentation accuracy. You will issue invoices, track outstanding balances, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent with strong Math skills, meticulous attention to detail, and solid English communication. 2–3 years' accounting experience is preferred; AutoCount experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent with a good Credit Pass in Mathematics.
• Attention to detail to minimize errors in orders, quantities and documentation.
• Strong numerical skills for accurate calculations.
• Good written and spoken English for international clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable collections and accounts payable processing.
• Issue and process invoices; offset advances against invoices; track outstanding amounts.
• Issue sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, credit notes, and goods returned notes.
• Maintain debtor/item/project codes; ensure proper filing and documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales team; arrange deliveries and renew insurance, parking, and road tax for company vehicles.
