Job summary

Technique Marine Services Private Limited in Singapore seeks an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and compliance within a growing SME. The role is hands-on and suited for an independent worker.

You will handle AP/AR/GL, GST submissions, payroll, and budgeting support, liaising with auditors and internal teams. A Diploma/Degree in Accounting and 1 year of experience are preferred, with MYOB or Dynamics 365 experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in a SME environment.
• Familiarity with Singapore GST requirements and local standards.
• Proficient with accounting software (MYOB, Dynamics 365).
• Able to work independently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL).
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking.
• Issue invoices, track receivables and follow up on payments.
• Process payments to suppliers and manage payables.
• Prepare GST submissions and liaise with auditors.
• Process payroll and related statutory submissions.
• Support budgeting, cost tracking, and internal controls.
