Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Executive (AR & Reconciliation) based in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore. The role supports the Accounts team with client accounts receivable, data entry, and reconciliation duties in a permanent capacity.

You will verify invoices, receipts, GST reports, and fixed asset records while assisting with financial analysis and reporting. A Diploma or Certificate in Accounting is preferred, with proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with good organisational and numerical skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and update accounting records accurately.
• Verify and reconcile client accounts, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Assist with managing client accounts receivable.
• Verify and check weekly sales journals and monthly fixed asset records.
• Verify and check GST reports.
• Support the Accounts team with client account-related duties.
• Assist the Accounts Manager with accounting tasks and financial analysis when required.
• Arrange air ticket bookings when required.
• Print and process billing invoices received from suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
