Job summary

MP Offshore PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of experience to handle the full set of accounts (AR/AP/GL) and GST reporting for multiple entities.

You will prepare monthly and annual management reports and financial statements, manage intercompany billings in various currencies, process payments, and maintain strong internal controls while coordinating with auditors, tax agents, suppliers and service providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent (LCCI/ACCA preferred).
• Fluent English; Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Chinese-speaking counterparties.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (AR/AP/GL) and GST reporting for multiple entities.
• Prepare monthly and annual management reports and audit schedules.
• Handle intercompany billings in various currencies.
• Process payment vouchers for scheduled and ad-hoc payments to suppliers.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation, month-end closing and year-end closing.
• Coordinate with intercompany entities, auditors, tax agents, suppliers and service providers.
• Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned.
• Maintain proper internal controls and documentation.
