Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. You will update and maintain sales information, manage customer payments, and prepare invoices for local and export projects.

The role covers monthly reconciliations, regulatory reporting, and providing backup support to the Finance Department. Prior AR experience and proficiency in Excel and Sage 300 are preferred; ITE/ Diploma in Accountancy is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in Accountancy.
• Qualifications in Finance, ACCA or Business are an advantage.
• Relevant hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Background in the construction industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge of Sage 300 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain all sales-related information.
• Handle accounts receivable, including recording customer payments, following up on outstanding receivables, preparing invoices for local projects, export sales, servicing and maintenance, and performing monthly reconciliation of outstanding balances.
• Prepare local regulatory reports and other financial schedules.
• Provide backup support to the Finance Department.
• Assist with general administrative duties.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.
