Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an accounting professional to manage daily finance and accounting operations in Singapore. You will oversee AR and AP cycles, prepare vouchers and invoices, and ensure accurate financial records within the ERP system.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance, with 1–3 years of experience. Knowledge of full-set accounting is a plus, and on-site attendance near Yio Chu Kang is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of accounting or finance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of full set accounting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage the full Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle, including invoicing, collections, and customer payment follow-ups.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments.
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and other financial documentation.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain organized accounting records and ensure proper documentation and filing.
• Record and update financial transactions accurately within the ERP or accounting system.
• Support month‑end closing activities and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on finance‑related matters.
• Monitor expenditures and support cost‑control and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Provide administrative support and perform other ad‑hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned by management.
