As an Accounting Executive (Outsourcing Firm), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Handle full sets of accounts including cash flow, month-end closing, and year end audit activities.
• Provide advisory work on accounting to clients.
• Perform accurate data entry to accounting systems.
• Compile and organize accounts schedules and working papers for client use.
• Prepare documentation to support audit requirements and facilitate smooth audits.
• Ensure schedules are accurate, detailed, and organized for easy reference.
• Prepare necessary accounting schedules such as fixed assets, prepayments, accurals, loan, hire purchase, etc
• Other adhoc accounting functions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or related course of studies.
• At least 1 year of experience in outsourcing firm.
