Job summary

V-CREATOR (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounting professional to manage full sets of accounts, reconcile bank statements, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports in line with company policies.

You will handle AR, AP, GL activities, perform journal entries and assist with audits, taxation, and GST submissions, ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations and internal controls. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in accounting and has 2–4 years of experience, with

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance or equivalent qualification.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or engineering.
• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of Singapore accounting and tax regulations.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts (AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation).

Key Responsibilities :

• 1. . GeneralAccounting
  • Handlefull sets of accounts (AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in accordance with companypolicies.
  • Preparemonthly, quarterly, and year-end closing reports.
  • Processjournal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• 2. Accounts Receivable(AR)
  • Preparecustomer invoices and follow up on payments.
  • Monitoraging reports and ensure timely collection.
• 3. Banking and Cash Management
  • Performbank reconciliations and petty cash management.
  • Assistin cash flow forecasting and fund management.
• 4. Audit, Taxation& Compliance
  • Assistin annual audit, tax submissions/ GST refund, and government reporting (GST,IRAS, etc.).
  • Ensurecompliance with accounting standards and company internal controls.
• 5. Administrative Support
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
  • Supportad-hoc duties assigned by management or finance department.

Requirements :

• Diplomaor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2–4years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or engineeringindustry
• Proficientin accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
