Job summary

V Creator is seeking an Accountant in Singapore to join our finance team. You will handle full sets of accounts (AR, AP, GL, bank recon) and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.

You will prepare invoices, monitor collections, assist in cash flow forecasting, audits, taxation, and compliance with Singapore regulations, while providing administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or engineering industry.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of Singapore accounting and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts (AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation).
• Prepare customer invoices and follow up on payments; monitor aging and collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management; assist in cash flow forecasting.
• Assist in annual audit, tax submissions/ GST refunds, and government reporting (GST, IRAS, etc.).
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records; support ad-hoc duties by management.

Key Responsibilities :

• 1. . GeneralAccounting
  • Handlefull sets of accounts (AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in accordance with companypolicies.
  • Preparemonthly, quarterly, and year-end closing reports.
  • Processjournal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• 2. Accounts Receivable(AR)
  • Preparecustomer invoices and follow up on payments.
  • Monitoraging reports and ensure timely collection.
• 3. Banking and Cash Management
  • Performbank reconciliations and petty cash management.
  • Assistin cash flow forecasting and fund management.
• 4. Audit, Taxation& Compliance
  • Assistin annual audit, tax submissions/ GST refund, and government reporting (GST,IRAS, etc.).
  • Ensurecompliance with accounting standards and company internal controls.
• 5. Administrative Support
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
  • Supportad-hoc duties assigned by management or finance department.

Requirements :

• Diplomaor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification
