Job summary

V-CREATOR ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage full sets of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliations.

You will maintain records in line with company policies and prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing reports. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in accounting/finance with 2–4 years of relevant experience, and is proficient in accounting software and Excel, with a solid grasp of Singapore accounting and GST

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or engineering industry.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of Singapore accounting and tax regulations.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts (AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing reports.
• Process journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Assist in annual audit, tax submissions/ GST refund, and government reporting (GST, IRAS, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

1. . GeneralAccounting

Handlefull sets of accounts (AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation).

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in accordance with companypolicies.

Preparemonthly, quarterly, and year-end closing reports.

Processjournal entries, accruals, and adjustments.

2. Accounts Receivable(AR)

Preparecustomer invoices and follow up on payments.

Monitoraging reports and ensure timely collection.

3. Banking and Cash Management

Performbank reconciliations and petty cash management.

Assistin cash flow forecasting and fund management.

4. Audit, Taxation& Compliance

Assistin annual audit, tax submissions/ GST refund, and government reporting (GST,IRAS, etc.).

Ensurecompliance with accounting standards and company internal controls.

5. Administrative Support

Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

Supportad-hoc duties assigned by management or finance department.

Requirements:

Diplomaor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification

Minimum 2–4years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or engineeringindustry

Proficientin accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Good understanding of Singaporeaccounting and tax regulations.
