V-CREATOR (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Finance Accountant to maintain the fixed asset register, manage project accounting, and prepare comprehensive financial statements in compliance with applicable standards.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with accounting software, and a detail-oriented, analytical mindset to support audits and tax compliance. On-site position based in Singapore with collaboration across finance teams.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in accounting within construction industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel is required.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial information.
• Responsible for maintaining the Fixed Asset Register.
• Maintain project-related accounting records and cost summaries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies; ensure compliance with local standards, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with banks and government agencies as required.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely resolution of audit matters.
• Support corporate tax compliance matters as required.
• Perform ad-hoc duties in support of the Finance and Contract teams.
