Account Manager(Carrier/ Telecommunications)

Role Purpose: Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and managing key accounts within the telecommunications carrier market. Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and successful delivery of tailored connectivity solutions.

Main Duties:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the carrier and enterprise segments.

Build and maintain long-term partnerships with decision-makers at all levels, from engineers to executives.

Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, proposal preparation, and deal closure, using Salesforce CRM.

Develop and present customized network and cloud connectivity solutions to meet client needs.

Collaborate with internal teams across pre-sales, post-sales, and support to ensure seamless service implementation.

Devise competitive sales strategies to expand market share and achieve performance goals.

Ideal Candidate:

Holds a Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.

Brings at least 2 years of experience in telecom or IT solution sales.

Familiar with products such as Dark Fiber, Leased Lines, Ethernet, MPLS, Colocation, Cloud, SDN, and NFV.

Possesses strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
