Logicalis Asia Pacific, a leading AI-driven technology integrator, is seeking an Account Manager to grow service revenue across strategic IT accounts in Singapore. You will engage customers, propose tailored solutions, participate in tender/bid processes, and build relationships with multiple stakeholders to drive cross-unit expansion.

The role emphasizes strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with opportunities to grow within a global, inclusive organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication capabilities.
• Ability to present clearly and persuade stakeholders.
• Experience with solutions-based selling and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Generate services revenue and profits through strategic account coverage.
• Engage in solutions-based selling, identifying customer pain points and aligning optimal solutions.
• Perform bid analysis against competitors to produce competitive bids.
• Visit customers to explain solutions and value propositions.
• Identify key stakeholders within accounts to foster growth across business units.
• Account Manager role will be considered for candidates with fewer years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate Services Revenue & Profits for the company through means of account coverage in strategic sector
• Work on solutions-based selling, identification of customer pain points and aligning appropriate solutions to meet the customer’s business needs
• Perform bid analysis based on solutions offered with competitor landscape to generate competitive bid for submission
• Customer visitation to explain solutions offered
• Identify key stakeholders within accounts to continue the growth extending reach to different business units within the accounts
• Candidates with lesser years of experience will be considered for the Account Manager position

Requirements

• Preferably 3 years and above experience in IT
• Experience in tender submission process (bid review, tabulation and submission)
• Analytical and Creative Problem-Solving skills
• Team Player and Confident, Direct with Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
