What is the role?

What is the role? This is a unique opportunity to join our established Singapore team and play a key role in in our continued success across the Southeast Asian market.

We’re looking for a hungry sales professional who’s passionate about the flex space industry, building relationships and closing deals. You’ll work closely with the APAC team and global leadership team based in Australia, owning the full sales cycle from enquiry to signed deal.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming enquiries from companies looking for office space
  • Coordinate and manage office tours
  • Drive engagement with clients and partners, negotiate and close deals
  • Forecast, maintain, and report on a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with key partners to grow our brand and presence
  • Deliver a next-level customer experience that drives loyalty and referrals
  • Contribute to our team culture: support, share ideas, and help drive the success of Office Hub in SEA
