Qualifications

• Diploma qualification or LCCI Accounting is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and full sets of accounts.
• Arrange payment schedules and submit daily/weekly reports to management; ensure operations run smoothly.
• Audit financial transactions and maintain accounting document controls.
• Prepare daily sales reports and annual depreciation reports for Directors and Management.
• Liaise with government authorities for GST and auditing matters.
• Coordinate with banks and external parties on accounting/costing matters.
• Prepare daily credit card reconciliations and bank balances; manage petty cash and reimbursements.
• Prepare quarterly GST submissions and yearly commission statements.
• Assist in inventory stock takes, disposals, and asset write-offs; support e-commerce payments.
