Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Account Executive to manage a full set of accounts and daily accounting operations. The role follows a Monday to Friday workweek, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, at Tampines Business Hub.

Responsibilities include AP/AR management, invoicing, bank reconciliations, month-end closing, GST submissions, and regulatory filings. You will liaise with auditors and authorities as needed, delivering accurate financial reports.

• Experience in handling a full set of accounts

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and day-to-day accounting operations
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare and issue customer invoices and process supplier invoices
• Monitor collections, payments and outstanding accounts
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Perform monthly closing and maintain the general ledger
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet
• Handle GST preparation and submission
• Handle statutory accounting and regulatory filings as required
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents
• Prepare year-end accounts and supporting schedules/documents for annual external audit
• Liaise with external auditors, banks and relevant authorities when required
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required
