Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Account Executive in Singapore to manage client relationships, handle day-to-day accounting tasks, and support financial data entry and payroll processes.

Working Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, at our Ubi location, offering a basic salary of SGD 3,000 plus incentives. The role requires a diploma/degree in accountancy/finance and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/Finance.
• At least 3 years of professional firm experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in preparing accounts using Excel and accounting software such as Xero or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for clients on day-to-day affairs with professional communication.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and respond to queries promptly.
• Assist with preparing financial data, bank reconciliations, payroll and statutory filings.
