Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Account Executive to join the team in Ubi, Singapore. Working hours are 9:00am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a salary range of SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,500 depending on experience.

The role covers client relationship management, accounting tasks, payroll preparation, GST filings, and corporate secretarial support, within a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a professional services firm.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as Xero/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for clients on day-to-day matters with supervision where required.
• Maintain communication with clients regarding ongoing matters and activities.
• Prepare financial information for entry into the accounting system.
• Handle payroll records and tax filings as part of monthly duties.
• Liaise with auditors and manage annual returns and corporate secretarial tasks.
