The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Account Executive to support finance operations and accounting processes.

The role includes handling receivables/payables, reconciliations, and collaboration with management to avoid interruptions. You will work at the Macpherson area location, on-site, with a 5-day week from 9am to 6pm. Applicants should hold a Diploma or LCCI Accounting qualification and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Competenze

• Candidate should possess minimum Diploma qualification with relevant field or LCCI Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Mansioni

• Prepare and execute accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliation and full sets of accounts
• Arrange payment schedules, follow up on payments and submit daily/weekly reports to management
• Audit financial transactions and document control procedures
• Prepare daily sales reports and report to Director/Management
• Prepare annual Fixed Asset Depreciation Report for Director & Management
• Liaise with government authorities for accounting, audit and GST matters
• Coordinate with external banks and authorities on accounting/costing matters
• Prepare daily credit card reconciliation, daily bank balance reports and manage petty cash
