Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is hiring an Account Executive to manage end-to-end accounting tasks in a dynamic team environment. You will handle full sets of accounts, bank reconciliations, GST submissions, and financial reporting to support management decisions.

We value meticulous attention to detail, strong MS Office skills, and diploma-level accounting knowledge. The role is based near Macpherson, with standard 9am-6pm hours and a Monday-Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification in accounting or LCCI is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process full sets of accounts, including receivables/payables and bank reconciliations.
• Arrange payment schedules and submit daily/weekly reports to management.
• Audit financial transactions and maintain accounting document controls.
• Prepare daily sales reports and annual fixed asset depreciation reports.
• Liaise with government authorities on GST and audit matters.
• Assist with quarterly GST submissions and reporting activities.
