Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring an Account Executive located near Macpherson MRT in Singapore. The role covers full accounting cycles, including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, GST, and internal reporting.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or LCCI in Accounting and are proficient with MS Office. Working hours are 9 am–6 pm, five days a week, with a focus on accuracy and compliance as part of a small management team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or LCCI Accounting qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process accounts receivable/payable and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain full sets of accounts and assist in GST submissions.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management and liaise with authorities as needed.
• Manage petty cash, deposits, and asset-related accounting tasks.
• Assist in audits and ensure timely financial reporting.
