Job summary

CITY MANPOWER CONSULTANCY in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to join our finance team in Tampines. The role handles the full set of accounts, AR/AP, monthly statements, bank reconciliations, GST submissions, and liaises with auditors and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in accounting or finance, at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong detail orientation, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team located

• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle the company’s full set of accounts.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations, payment processing, and invoice handling.
• Assist with GST submissions and other tax-related matters.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, suppliers, and customers.
• Ensure financial records are accurate and comply with company policies and relevant Singapore regulations.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Salary: SGD $2,500 – $3,500 per month
• Working Days: 5.5 days per week
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM / Sat 8.30am - 1.00pm
• Location : Tampines
