Job summary

MAX-VALUE BUILDING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is looking for a diligent accounts professional to manage the full set of accounts and communicate with clients and suppliers. The role requires maintaining audit schedules and accurate records in a timely manner.

You will handle fixed assets, AR/AP aging, accruals, inventory movement, prepayments and other receivables while ensuring tidy filing and supporting general admin duties.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or professional qualification with minimum 3 years' experience in handling a full set of accounts.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; QuickBooks knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Mature, self-motivated with good time management and attention to detail.
• Singaporean or PR only.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers on accounting matters.
• Maintain audit schedules including fixed assets, AR/AP aging, accruals and other payables.
• Oversee inventory movement, prepayments and other receivables.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and filing of financial records; support admin duties as required.

Job Description:

Handle the full set of accounts.

Liaise with clients and suppliers on accounting matters.

Maintain all audit schedules, including the fixed assets register, AR and AP aging, accruals and other payables, inventory movement, prepayments and other receivables etc.

Ensure proper housekeeping and filing of all necessary financial records.

Support other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or a professional qualification, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in handling a full set of accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Mature, self-motivated, and able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Possess strong analytical skills, good time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to start work at short notice will be an advantage.
• Singaporean or PR ONLY.

Other Information:

• 5.5 working days per week.
• Salary: S$2,200 to S$4,700 (Based on experience)
• Location: Tuas, Singapore
