Job summary

The Supreme Hr Advisory Pte Ltd is hiring an Account Executive (Full set) in Tampines for a Monday to Friday role from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Starting salary SGD 2,800 - 3,500 per month. You will handle full set of accounts, AP/AR, invoicing, GST, bank reconciliations, and monthly close.

This position requires experience in full set of accounts and will involve liaising with auditors and authorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling a full set of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and day-to-day accounting operations.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare and issue customer invoices and process supplier invoices.
• Monitor collections, payments and outstanding accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Perform monthly closing and maintain the general ledger.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet.
• Handle GST preparation and submission.
• Handle statutory accounting and regulatory filings as required.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Prepare year-end accounts and supporting schedules/documents for annual external audit.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks and relevant authorities when required.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required.
