Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to handle a full set of accounts and daily accounting operations on-site at Tampines Business Hub.

You will manage AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and monthly closings, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with GST and statutory filings. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in full-set accounting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to liaise with auditors and authorities as

Qualifications

• Experience in handling a full set of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and day-to-day accounting operations.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare and issue customer invoices and process supplier invoices.
• Monitor collections, payments and outstanding accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Perform monthly closing and maintain the general ledger.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet.
• Handle GST preparation and submission.
• Handle statutory accounting and regulatory filings as required.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Prepare year-end accounts and supporting schedules/documents for annual external audit.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks and relevant authorities when required.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required.

Monday to Friday : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Working Location: Tampines Business Hub

Starting Salary: SGD 2,800 - 3,500 per month
