Job summary

FAST FLOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks across our construction, trading and maintenance businesses.

You will handle invoicing, receivables, payables, fixed assets and intercompany balances while supporting month-end closings and audits. The role reports to the Finance HOD / Assistant Manager and requires a Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or Finance with 2–3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in construction, engineering or trading industries is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Meticulous and organised with good follow-up skills and ability to meet closing deadlines.
• Well versed in English and Chinese.

• Work with internal departments, customers, suppliers and group entities to resolve discrepancies and outstanding items.

• Assist in annual budget and forecasts.
• Take on other finance and accounting duties as assigned.

You will work across our construction, trading and maintenance businesses and report to the Finance HOD / Assistant Manager.

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as invoicing, receivables, payables and general ledger entries
• Maintain accounting records and registers, such as receivables, fixed assets and intercompany balances
• Work with internal departments, customers, suppliers and group entities to resolve discrepancies and outstanding items
• Support month-end closing, management reporting, audits and tax reporting
• Assist in annual budget and forecasts.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent qualification
• At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in the construction, engineering or trading industries is an advantage, especially progress claims billing
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Meticulous and organised, with good follow-up skills and the ability to meet closing deadlines
• Well versed in English and Chinese
