Job summary

Three E Engineering in Singapore seeks an experienced finance professional to manage daily accounting tasks and month-end close in our local office. You will handle invoicing, receivables, payables and general ledger entries, while maintaining intercompany balances and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

With a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 12 years of relevant experience, you will ensure accuracy, meet closing deadlines, and support budgets, audits

Qualifications

• Candidates must have hands-on accounting experience and be able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential to meet closing deadlines.
• Proficiency in English is required for communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience in accounting processes such as invoicing, GL entries, and month-end is needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as invoicing, receivables, payables and general ledger entries
• Maintain accounting records and registers, such as receivables, fixed assets and intercompany balances
• Work with internal departments, customers, suppliers and group entities to resolve discrepancies and outstanding items
• Support month-end closing, management reporting, audits and tax reporting
• Assist in annual budget and forecasts.
• Take on other finance and accounting duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in the construction, engineering or trading industries is an advantage, especially progress claims billing
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Meticulous and organised, with good follow-up skills and the ability to meet closing deadlines
• Well versed in English
