Job summary

three e engineering pte ltd is seeking a seasoned accounting professional in Singapore to manage day-to-day financial tasks and support month-end close and reporting. The role involves liaising with internal teams, customers and suppliers to reconcile discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial records.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Mathematics, Accounting or Finance, with 12 years of relevant experience and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mathematics, Accounting or Finance is required.
• 12 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Experience in construction, engineering or trading industries is advantageous, especially progress claims billing.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as invoicing, receivables, payables and general ledger entries.
• Maintain accounting records and registers including receivables, fixed assets and intercompany balances.
• Collaborate with internal departments, customers, suppliers and group entities to resolve discrepancies and outstanding items.
• Support month-end closing, management reporting, audits and tax reporting.
• Assist in annual budget and forecasts.
• Take on other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
