• Ask probing questions over the phone to understand payment objections and negotiating options.
• Maintain accurate notes and document payment plans and progress.

Responsibilities

• Interview clients telephonically to assess ability to pay the debt.
• Overcome objections and suggest sources for debt payments.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette and professional communication.
• Record findings and status updates in the system.
• Coordinate with management on strategy effectiveness.
