Job summary

The Singapore Institute of Management Group is seeking an experienced operations professional to supervise and deliver academic programmes, ensuring adherence to policies and timely corrective actions. Work closely with academics to provide a good learning experience and coordinate marketing communications activities.

The role involves overseeing programme delivery, coordinating with university partners, managing lecturers and students, scheduling and assessments, and driving process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma / A Levels with 3–5 years of experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong data analysis and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• HE Programme Delivery: Monitor and maintain efficient programme delivery, oversee contracts, payments, enrolment setup, student pass validity and report checks.
• Coordinate with university partners/stakeholders and arrange visits as needed.
• Lecturer management: ensure lecturers are approved to teach and address issues.
• Student management: oversee lifecycle, communications, complaints and interventions.
• Class scheduling and assessment management in line with requirements and regulations.
• Process innovation: drive digitisation, data collection, feedback and UAT testing.
• Marketing and recruitment: maintain student pools and support onboarding.
• Programme review: generate data for planning and implement changes.
