Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) invites applications for a role focused on Accountabilities Programme Operations and Delivery Support. You will manage delivery activities and administrative processes to ensure timely execution aligned with course requirements and policies.
You will coordinate with Academic Partners and Heads of Programmes, support student and lecturer planning, and assist in scheduling, budgeting, and marketing activities while driving continuous improvement across the
Manage programme delivery activities and administrative processes within assigned areas to ensure timely and effective execution in accordance with course requirements, institutional policies, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including University Partners, Heads of Programmes/Academics, and other functions, as appropriate, to support operational delivery, resolve issues, and ensure timely communication to staff and students.
Coordinate student communications and engagement activities, and support lecturer sourcing, scheduling, and delivery arrangements in consultation with academic stakeholders. Support the planning and coordination of programme delivery structures and assessment arrangements, where applicable.
Manage class scheduling, delivery arrangements, and resource allocation within assigned programmes to ensure efficient utilisation and smooth operations.
Support budget tracking and reporting activities within assigned areas, and work with Student Recruitment to support marketing and enrolment activities for programmes.
Manage team members to ensure effective performance, engagement, and development. Support programme reviews, reporting, and benchmarking activities, and implement process improvements within the team to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
