Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is hiring a Warehouse Officer to manage daily warehouse operations at Tuas Avenue, overseeing receiving, storage and inventory accuracy, and coordinating with admin and operations staff.

You will lead a team of warehouse assistants, ensure timely shipments and adherence to SOPs, and provide customer service via phone and email while maintaining KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Level.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process day-to-day incoming/outgoing orders from customers, overseeing receiving, storage and distribution of products and monitoring inventory records accuracy.
• Coordinate between admin and operation staff, leading a team of warehouse assistants for warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Provide customer service support via phone and email.
• Prepare shipping documents and import/export documentation per SOP.
• Monitor shipments to ensure clearance and delivery as prescribed.
• Ensure KPIs are met for all inbound/outbound activities.
• Perform other job-related functions as assigned by superior.

Warehouse Officer (Tuas)

• Working Location: Tuas Avenue
• Working Day & Hours: Mon – Fri: 08:30am to 5:30pm, Alt Sat: 08:30am to 12:30pm
• Salary Range: $2300 - $2800

Job Description:

• Coordinate between admin and operation staff. (Includes leading a team of warehouse assistants for warehouse operations)
• Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
• Provide customer service support via phone and email.
• Prepare shipping documents and import/export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place.
• Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
• Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
• Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.
