Job summary

YUSEN LOGISTICS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Administrator to support customer and supplier liaison, monthly reports, billing cycles, and WMS administration from our Singapore site.

The role requires at least O-level, basic IT skills, 1 year of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and WMS. The position is based at the Tuas area and involves on-site work.

Qualifications

• Min 'O' level qualification.
• Computer literacy and basic IT skills.
• 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Email.
• Competent in Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal & external customers and suppliers.
• Monthly Customer Management Report.
• Generate monthly billing cycle within the month end closing period.
• WMS and customer system administration.
